COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapist (PT)

• Competitive salary: higher pay with experience
• Sign-on Bonus: $15,000
• $10,000 a year retention bonus paid annually
• PTO: 168 hours accrued a year + 8 Paid Holiday + 40 hours Sick Time
• $5,000 annually for CMEs with 8 days

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)

• Schedule: Work Four 10’s or Five 8-hour shifts with No On-call Coverage
• Patient volume is 8-12 patients a day
• Outpatient: Post Ops cases - shoulders, hips & knees, back & neck with joint pain, debility related to chronic diseases with some inpatient care
• Critical Access Hospital with a Level 4 Trauma Designation
• EMR System is Cerner

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)

• Open to New graduates or experienced Physical Therapists
• Graduate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
• Visa Candidates are welcome to apply
• Seeking candidates with team-mentality, work autonomously, able to adapt to work in a rural location
