We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at a growing production facility in Columbus, Texas. This role is responsible for supervising hourly production employees, ensuring safe operations, meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement on the floor.
