We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Residential Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and development of our programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home environment. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills, program management expertise, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of direct support staff
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resources
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in the field of developmental disabilities

Skills:
- Strong background in working with people with disabilities
- Proven experience in supervising staff and managing programs
- Knowledge of program development principles and practices
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
