The ideal candidate will have experience working with a General Contractor , strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in Bluebeam and Takeoff software . This position combines engineering expertise with project coordination to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost control. Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for materials and labor. Support project managers in coordinating subcontractors and vendors. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions. Review drawings, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs. Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Contribute to Base Building projects and related scopes. Qualifications: 2 of experience in construction, GC operations, and all trades. Proficiency in Bluebeam and Takeoff software . Strong technical and analytical skills for estimation and project coordination. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
