The Recruiter will join the Talent Acquisition team, and will be responsible for performing full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and promoting firm goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of consecutive full-cycle recruiting experience in investment management, financial services, agency, or related industry. Recruiter We are currently seeking candidates for a full-cycle Recruiter to join a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Recruiter will join the Talent Acquisition team, and will be responsible for performing full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and promoting firm goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of consecutive full-cycle recruiting experience in investment management, financial services, agency, or related industry. This is a 6+ month contract position, paying between $45-$55/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work-model. Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle recruitment, managing the recruiting process from sourcing through to offer and start Partner with senior leaders to create and implement recruiting strategy for identifying and attracting top talent Identify and engage candidates through referrals, industry contacts, job boards, social media, and networks Evaluate resumes and applications, assessing relevant skills, experience, knowledge, and qualifications Advocate for and promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within recruitment process Ensure positions are posted to appropriate online databases, job boards, colleges, and other relevant platforms Gather feedback and conduct debrief sessions once interviews have been completed Collaborate with hiring managers during the hiring process, offer feedback and guidance regarding selecting finalist candidates, ensuring a transparent and fair process Offer guidance regarding hiring salaries by considering company guidelines, market, and candidate competencies Present successful candidates with employment offers Complete all new hire documentation and onboarding tasks promptly for necessary processing. Organize minority and outreach recruiting programs, and maintain contact with outreach organization, placement office, and minority, representatives to strengthen recruiting efforts Verify all reference, background checks, Pay-to-Play, Independence, FINRA, outside activities, non-compete, and other corporate and regulatory clearances have been completed in compliance with company policies and procedures Provide additional support as needed Qualifications: 4-6 consecutive years of full-cycle recruitment experience in investment management, financial services, agency, or related industry Bachelor’s degree (required) Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to hiring Proven record of success in applying effective interview techniques to assess applicants' qualifications in relation to job requirements Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), and HR databases Experience utilizing Workday a plus Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong time management and prioritization skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Thorough knowledge of and commitment to Affirmative Action laws and Equal Employment Opportunity, and other legal requirements related to interviewing and hiring For immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates should send their resume to Jackson at jnichols@daleyaa.com.
