What Will You Do All Day?

From your favorite home office setup, you'll:

• Connect with Clients : Conduct discovery calls to understand their company, culture, and hiring needs.

• Craft Job Descriptions : Post on job boards and source both active and passive candidates.

• Target Specialized Talent : Identify and attract talent for technical, finance, and corporate-level roles across a variety of industries.

• Communicate : Keep clients and candidates updated with regular, transparent feedback.

• Collaborate : Work with your team, share advice, and support each other.

• Find the Perfect Fit : Screen candidates with an eye for both technical skills and cultural alignment, using our scoring system to ensure the best matches.

• Be a Matchmaker : Advocate for clients and candidates through clear, open communication.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong understanding of technical roles , finance functions , and corporate recruiting strategies.

• Integrity, motivation, adaptability, authenticity, and people-focus.

• Excellent organizational skills to track activity and outreach.

• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS tools (bonus points for Manatal or similar).

• Proven experience in corporate recruiting , staffing agency work, or technical recruitment.

• Self-motivation and reliability you don't need micromanaging.

• Clear and honest communication.

• A background in customer service, business development, or recruiting.

• A college degree is preferred but not required.
