ComForCare Home Care Caregiver Opportunity

Must represent the agency with the highest professionalism. A strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with a wide variety of people. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys a blend of detailed office work and hands on caregiving in the patient's home. This is a key position to ensure the agency is compliant with NJ Board of Nursing regulations and our accreditation status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN, PHN preferred.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair.
• Current CPR certification.
• COVID 19 vaccination required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive initial assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
• Developing an individualized plan of care for each client with client input.
• Providing interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
• Conducting client reassessments and follow up visits.
• Maintaining compliant client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide training, delegation, supervision and support to our staff of caregivers.
• Address any issues with respect to clients and/or caregivers that may arise.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $0.16 - $0.17 per hour
