Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment
Administer physician-ordered treatments and medications
Communicate resident condition changes to physicians and families
Provide skilled care including: tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, wound dressing, and more
Closely observe residents requiring acute care
Advocate for residents' needs and ensure care follows their personalized plan
Complete charting and documentation accurately and on time
Current RN/LPN license in good standing
Clear, compassionate communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations
A heart for geriatric care and a passion for making a daily difference
