Retail Store Clerk (Multiple position) Exceptional Customer Service:
Consistently deliver outstanding service and support to salon professionals and customers.
Sales & Product Knowledge:
Sell leading professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions and products, and share beauty industry trends.
Store Operations:
Process sales and returns accurately
Replenish merchandise and participate in inventory counts
Maintain a clean, organized store environment
Team Collaboration:
Work cooperatively in a positive team environment to meet goals and priorities.
Integrity & Development:
Commit to excellence, embrace growth opportunities, and act with integrity at all times.
Customer Service:
Exceptional communication skills; prior retail or related experience strongly preferred
Technical Skills:
Basic reading and math skills; able to use computerized POS system; SAP experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand and walk for scheduled shifts, and lift up to 20 lbs.
Availability:
Must be able to work weekends, as required
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
1–3 years of experience in a related field

Previous retail or beauty industry experience
Strong teamwork and communication abilities
Willingness to learn and develop in the role
Flexible schedule (including weekends)
Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and light physical work
