As a Vice President in the Credit Risk Governance team, you will collaborate with global Wealth Management functions, including Risk, Lending Solutions, Operations, Legal, and Compliance. Your role will involve working with the Wealth Management Risk function to develop and maintain policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures, including regulatory compliance measures. You will work closely with the Front Office to assess business needs and develop risk controls to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a full inventory of documents and ensuring they are clear, concise, and user-friendly. You will assist in developing and implementing the business risk management framework, including risk governance and controls, organization structure, policies and procedures, and risk measures and metrics. You will also be responsible for delivering large-scale risk and regulatory change and technical initiatives. Communication of changes, detailing requirements, and strategic risk management objectives to large working groups, including senior management, will be a key part of your role. You will also work with internal groups such as Credit, Investment, and Fiduciary Risk areas, as well as Compliance, Legal, and Operations on matters related to risk controls, model-assessments, incidents, and infrastructure projects. Lastly, you will provide support and guidance for audits and regulatory examinations.
