The Safety Manager will provide safety leadership to all departmental areas in De Pere Shipping Container Division. From a strategic business perspective, this position will collaborate with management, production teams, and other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe working environment, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and ensuring that all training initiatives align with regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and experience:
\nA bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Safety Management or a related degree is required. In lieu of the specific related education, a combination of other related education and experience may be taken into consideration.
