Job Description
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments.
Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
Build and optimize automations using Automation Studio , Journey Builder , and Email Studio in Marketing Cloud.
Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect for integration with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration or data issues.
Build reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and user engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement CRM/marketing solutions.
Required Skills: Salesforce Administrator certification ( ADM-201 ).
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of AMPscript , SQL , and data segmentation.
Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating with Sales Cloud.
Understanding of marketing automation and customer segmentation strategies.
Strong data management and reporting skills.
Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Admin
