Job Description
HENDERSON Sub Contractor is hiring for a motivated Scheduling Office Assistant to join our team. Candidates must have a high knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word Data entry into proprietary software and answer multi phone lines in a friendly, professional manner. Other tasks will include; filing, copying, sending email and other general office duties .
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Immediate start Monday – Friday 7:00-3:30, OT will be necessary during busy season.
Health Insurance offered after 90 days. Dental and vision insurance available for purchase.
