As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol - Multiple Shifts in Apollo Beach, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a bustling retail distribution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. You will be a reliable presence, ready to respond to situations as they arise and to communicate clearly with both team members and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any potential issues. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
