About the Role

• We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 35 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and hands-on experience in basic to intermediate video editing. This role includes creating brand-aligned visual assets for digital, print, social media, events, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and ads.
  
• Create print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, banners, standees, and marketing collateral.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
  
• Develop visual storytelling assets, including short videos, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
  
• Adapt and optimise existing designs for different formats and platforms.
  
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
  
• Ensure final outputs are high-quality, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

Must be proficient in:

• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW (optional but added advantage)

Knowledge required in:

• Basic motion graphics

Additional Skills

• Strong visual sense, typography knowledge, and layout skills
  
• Ability to understand brand tone and reflect it in designs
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills
  
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
  

Qualification

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field
• Certification in design or video editing tools is a plus
