Job Description

Staffing Delivered is proud to partner with a valued client in the search for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist . This is a full-time, Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that values its people and is focused on creating a supportive, engaging work environment.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience—from onboarding and engagement initiatives to payroll support and HR operations. If you're organized, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the next step in your HR career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full onboarding process, delivering a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and support benefits enrollment and payroll setup.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational structure and performance management alignment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and updates in the HRIS system.
  • Analyze HR data to support strategic initiatives and improve employee programs.
  • Support benefits administration, compliance reporting, and general HR functions.
  • Liaise with payroll providers to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive HR and payroll information.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in HRIS PRISMHR (required)
  • Solid understanding of performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in employee engagement, onboarding, or event planning is highly valued.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR support role.
  • SHRM or PHR certification strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with payroll systems and benefits platforms.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
