Senior Leader - Wealth Management Operations This is a highly visible role leading the Broker/Dealer and Investment Advisory Operations for our Client. The successful candidate will lead multiple teams and drive operational excellence across wealth management operations. Responsibilities Lead and manage the firm’s operations and onboarding functions to ensure seamless client service and operational excellence. Develop strategies, metrics, and best practices that optimize workflows, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify and implement innovative technologies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and scale services effectively. Act as escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction. Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Financial Advisors, to deliver a superior client experience. Oversee business continuity planning, talent management, and performance development across the operations team. Champion a client-first culture, ensuring service excellence across all operational touchpoints. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (advanced degree preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services operations, ideally within wealth management. FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 66 and either 9/10 or 24 (required). Demonstrated expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives. Must be bilingual Spanish and English.
