Senior Manager, Finance, Bank Tech Provide financial leadership to client groups, including managing the processes of the quarterly forecasts and annual operating plan, developing methodologies and processes that provide transparency of costs and cost drivers to recipient businesses, and analyzing current financial results to identify and address evolving business issues and opportunities. Provide financial modeling and process ownership of Short- and Long-Term Financial Planning, including model creation, consolidation of results, and overall coordination of the process. McLean, VA: $170,800 - $194,900 for Sr Manager, Financial Analysis Richmond, VA: $155,300 - $177,200 for Sr Manager, Financial Analysis Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
