Overview Senior Program Analyst role at CGI. Location: Houston, TX. The Senior Program Analyst will support NASA JSC Program Office providing Assessment, Cost Estimating, EVM, and Scheduling expertise. Responsibilities Provide EVM analysis and Integrated Cost and Schedule Assessment support. Participate in IBRs for the Prime contractor and for non-Prime suppliers. Provide management with analysis of NASA and Prime contractor's performance, variance analysis, impacts, and corrective actions. Conduct budget trend analysis on NASA and Prime contractor's cost data for use by decision makers. Develop and identify the Program Baseline, Program Baseline Attributes, and reference points. Provide analysis of cost and schedule performance of NASA CAM's budget and projects. Develop cost and schedule analysis of major projects within the program, including the forecasting and identification of issues and developing recommendations to resolve these issues. Required Qualifications 10+ years of applicable experience NASA Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) experience Earned Value Management (EVM) experience Experience using Microsoft products, Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc. Strong Integration/Analysis skills Desired qualifications MS/MA Familiar with EIA-748 guidelines CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,400.00 - $195,200.00. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
