Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer – Aerospace Machining (Managerial Growth Opportunity)

Overview:

We are looking for a driven Senior Quality Engineer to support precision aerospace component manufacturing within a machining environment. This role will focus on quality assurance processes, problem-solving, and compliance with industry standards, while preparing for a future transition into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead root cause investigations and implement effective corrective actions (RCCA) for quality issues.
• Manage FAIRs, NCRs, and internal audits in accordance with AS9100/AS9102 standards.
• Support daily quality operations on the production floor, working closely with machinists, inspectors, and engineers.
• Drive process improvements and ensure product compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior quality staff and assist the Quality Manager in strategic quality initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing quality, with strong machining background.
• Proficient in GD&T, FAIRs, RCCA, and AS9100 quality systems.
• Strong leadership potential with interest in advancing to a Quality Manager role.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
