Software Engineer - Quality Assurance Specialist (Saleforce)

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting a team managing several Salesforce applications within a Scrum Agile environment. The ideal candidate will focus on both manual and automated testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining software quality by identifying defects, documenting findings, and collaborating with the development team.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios specific to Salesforce implementations.
· Identify, document, and track software defects using designated tools.
· Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
· Participate in Scrum Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
· Ensure test coverage aligns with user stories and acceptance criteria.
· Provide detailed reports on testing progress, results, and defect resolution.
· Assist in the development and maintenance of test documentation, including user guides and test scripts.
· Implement and utilize test automation tools for Salesforce applications, as applicable.
· Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance software quality within the Salesforce ecosystem.
