This role is for a Hadoop L3 support . Deep knowledge of Hadoop systems is needed . I have categorized what is mandatory / Preferred or Nice to have. Please follow the table below. She has not yet started reviewing resumes. She also stated that let the candidate know this is L3 support so if he/she is looking for a pure hands-on development role they may not work out. The contract will run for a full 2 years. H1 candidates are accepted.
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated -- She wants 10+ years exp
4+ in Hadoop years of experience with Teradata years of experience with Nice to have
4+ MongoDB years of experience - Preferred
AWS or GCP years of experience with GCP is where they are moving. Highly preferred
4+ GitHub years of experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and -- Mandatory
3+ years of experience with Python & Unix/Shell scripting, Scala, Spark, -- Mandatory
3+ HBase, Oozie, Flume, Druid and Kafka years of experience with Ansible - -- Mandatory
3+ years of experience with Airflow and Autosys -- -- Mandatory
1+ years of experience with Dremio Nice to Have / Preferred / Some knowledge. She said that it's hard to find so if someone has it it will be icing on the cake
2+ years of experience in setting up monitoring dashboards thru Grafana or Prometheus -- Mandatory
1+ years of experience with Kubernetes -- Mandatory
