Job Description

As a YCP Sr. Content Strategist/Writer, you are responsible for relating each brands unique value and communicating its story to inspire audiences to think differently and take measurable actions. You will collaborate with our strategy team to understand a clients brand, learn their audiences, and then craft consistent branded messaging and story-driven content across all channels targeted at each audience. Please note, we are only accepting U.S. candidates for a full-time, in-office role. Establish, systematize, and automate YCPs inbound lead generation process and email/video response follow-ups Refocus all content on a new YCP website, emphasizing our audience and the communication of our unique value Enhance the YCP brand through targeted content for increased engagement across social channels Create vertical-targeted social, organic, and pay-per-click campaigns that effectively drive leads (e.g., recruiting, sales campaigns for videos, our software platforms) Long-term responsibilities include: Brand Strategy & Design: Craft headlines and copy for collateral and sales presentations (digital and print) Write mission, vision, value proposition, and positioning statements, along with competitive advantages and brand story Name companies and products, create taglines for ad campaigns Websites & Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create engaging, audience-focused content for websites, social media, email newsletters, PPC ads, and blogs Optimize web content for SEO and keyword ranking Create conversion-focused landing page copy Set up and manage PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) Manage social media channels to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation Analyze and report ROI on campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media Video: Collaborate with the video team to develop scripts and storytelling for videos Editorial: Conduct editorial reviews of content pieces, advertising messages, and video scripts Your role requires... Experience: 3+ years agency copywriting experience Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field Inbound certification Skills: Conceptual thinking and problem solving Conversion-focused content and story writing Strong grammar, creative writing, and editing skills Project management and leadership skills Caliper Success Qualities: High idea orientation, thoroughness, abstract reasoning, empathy, information seeking Supporting culture: urgency, external structure, organization savvy, relationship building Are you creative?
