Job Description
This position will be a key member of the Finance Team reporting to the Controller. The role will have exposure to all sides of accounting and finance of a small and growing organization from AR, AP, reporting, budgeting/projections, client engagement, etc. This candidate will have a direct impact on achievement of timely and accurate accounting of financial statements for multiple entities across the globe. This position requires a hybrid of some in-office presence and work from home benefits.
· General AR monitoring and client interaction to reconcile accounts.
· Client contract review and documentation for accurate invoicing.
· Manage AP and cash management.
· Input vendor invoices and seek approval for payment.
· Reconcile key balance sheet accounts.
· Record payroll entries for all entities including the various foreign subsidiaries.
· Assess and record monthly expense accruals for US entities.
· Support preparation of PBCs for annual financial audit.
· Participate in budgeting process and business optimization analytics.
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in Accounting
· 0 to 2+ years of Accounting experience
· Experience working with NetSuite
· Software or software services industry experience
