What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager for AI Platform services to lead our services for Foundation model development and customization. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our top customers across AI Labs, startups, and enterprises to understand their pre-training, post-training, and evaluation workflows and build product capabilities that accelerate customers’ time to market. You’ll have a direct impact on shaping the future of AI infrastructure and services.
About The Role:
The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, foundation model architectures, AI workflows, cloud-native technologies, and the competitive landscape. You will leverage market and customer insights as well as technical expertise to define the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring that CoreWeave builds on its market-segment position as the leading AI Hyperscaler.

The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
