Inova Staffing is looking to hire employees for a client in the North Phoenix area. Our clients are currently seeking experienced Stand-Up Forklift Drivers and Warehouse Associates to join their production environment. This client is a leader in the health and wellness industry, producing high quality supplements.

Job Details

• $21.00/hour to Start
• 5am-2pm, Monday-Friday
• Paid Weekly
• Position is temp-to-hire
• Full Time; Some OT Available

Summary

The Warehouse Associate will have to operate a forklift to move materials safely and accurately to ensure that production and shipping goals are met. Other duties include batching ingredients and prepping orders for production. This is a non-smoking/vaping facility!

Job Duties

• Ensure that items are safely stored on pallets and secured with shrink wrap.
• Ensure that palletized materials are placed in the correct locations and inventory is accurately maintained.
• Help in batching ingredients for vitamins in pre-production area
• Be able to follow a recipe
• Measure out ingredients accurately
• Organize inventory in the staging areas.
• Ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and solution-oriented thinking are necessary skillsets.
• Basic data entry and strong attention to detail are required.
• Dependable and good attendance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Basic math skill (ability to convert ingredients from pounds to kilos and grams)

Ability to properly read a scale
