Job Title: Reach Truck Stand-up Electric Forklift Operator

Pay: $20/hr

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Reach Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will operate a Crown RC electric stand-up forklift to efficiently load and unload trailers, sort pallets, and perform general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown RC stand-up electric forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers with attention to product integrity and safety.
• Sort pallets by color (red/blue) according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform general warehouse tasks including organizing inventory, cleaning work areas, and assisting team members.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 45 lbs regularly.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a stand-up reach forklift (Crown RC preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
