Systems Administrator (Learning Management System) The Systems Administrator (LMS) serves as the technical specialist supporting Training Department and related business units in the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Learning Management System (LMS) . This role manages system functionality, data integrity, course catalogs, reporting, and user support while driving continuous improvement across the platform. Working closely with instructors, coordinators, employees, and customers, the Systems Administrator ensures seamless operation of the LMS environment and provides technical leadership on implementation and integration projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee LMS functionality, maintenance, and enhancement projects; track and resolve technical support requests. Maintain and update the course catalog, ensuring accurate configuration and e-commerce functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve LMS or connector issues (e.g., ERP integration). Build, maintain, and analyze LMS data and reports (surveys, learning progress, usage metrics). Ensure accuracy of customer and employee data; provide user support and training. Lead or participate in requirement gathering, testing, and implementation of new features. Develop and update e-learning modules, surveys, and tests using Articulate Rise 360 . Create work instructions, streamline processes, and train colleagues on system tools. Support FANUC regional training facilities, departments, and customers. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED; experience with LMS administration (CornerstoneSaba, CornerstoneGalaxy, or AbsorbLMS preferred). Skilled in Excel, databases, analytics, and programming; proficient in MS Office 365, SharePoint, and MS Forms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written communication skills. Experience creating process flowcharts and technical documentation. Preferred Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Learning Administration, or related field. Experience with Power BI , Oracle ERP , SQL , and APIs . Minimum two years of technical experience in a related field. Core Competencies Analytical thinker and effective problem solver.
