The ideal candidate will design and deliver hands-on training that enhances user skills in data visualization, dashboard development, and data analysis across various business functions. Responsibilities & Duties Develop and facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions on Tableau and Excel Create training materials, job aids, and self-paced learning content Customize content based on audience skill levels and business needs Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience delivering training on Tableau and Excel Expert-level proficiency in Tableau (visualizations, dashboards, calculations) Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros, and data modeling Strong facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills Experience using LMS and virtual training platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx) Preferred Qualifications Tableau Desktop Certified Associate or Higher Microsoft Excel Expert certification Experience delivering training in government environments Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Educology Solutions by 2x Get notified about new Technical Trainer jobs in Washington, DC .
