LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Orange, California.
The Case Manager RN provides acute care case management and discharge planning services for adult patients. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, managing transitions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate safe and efficient discharges.

Experience Minimum 2 years acute care case management/discharge planning – Required
Travel Travel experience required (can screen first-time travelers)
Certifications CA RN license – Required; BLS – Preferred
Skills Care coordination, discharge planning, utilization review, prior authorizations, DME needs assessments, regulatory compliance
Preferred Community hospital experience; previous charge experience
Patient Population Adults
Patient Ratios Days: 1:22
Facility Size 463 beds
Orientation 40 hrs @ $0 non-billable
Weekend Coverage Every other weekend (approx. 1–2 weekend days/month)
Compliance COVID-19 vaccine not required; Flu vaccine – TBD
