Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an LDRP RN with an active IN or compact RN license, BLS, and NRP certification to provide comprehensive care in a Level 1 LDRP unit.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a Level 1 LDRP unit with 3 LDRP beds, 1 triage room, and 4 overflow postpartum rooms
• Direct nursing care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
• Floating and call requirements are not specified
• Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, documenting patient conditions, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams
• Expected to assess and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team
• Facility allows local candidates, but local rate applies per radius rule
• Vaccination against COVID-19 is not currently required
• Auto-offer process is in place for this position
• Dress code and additional requirements are not specified

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification from AHA required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from AHA/AAP required
• Experience with fetal monitoring required; recent completion of AWHONN, Relias, or similar program within past 2 years if not covered by competency exam
• Nursys license verification and primary source verification must be completed within 30 days prior to start
• US Social Security Number and US home address required
