Must have 1 years of experience required in the specialty
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required:
Current license from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist.
Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
Pediatric outpatient experience required to include infant development through adolescents with developmental delays and orthopedic/neuro skills.
Acute care experience also preferred. July start date
