Location: Warsaw, IN (Northern Indiana)
Setting: Urgent Care MedStat
Role: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Schedule: 8 40 hours/week based on internal needs
Experience: 3 5 years in urgent care or emergency medicine required

July 2025 Shift Schedule

• 7/7: Orientation AM, 12:30 PM 8:30 PM

• 7/8: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM

• 7/10: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

• 7/11: 8:30 AM 8:30 PM

• 7/14: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM

• 7/15: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

• 7/16: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM

• 7/17: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM

• 7/21: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM

• 7/28: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM

• 7/29: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM
  August schedule pending

Note: No overtime weekly hours will not exceed 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and evaluate urgent medical conditions

• Diagnose and treat illnesses and minor injuries

• Educate and counsel patients

• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans

• Refer or transfer care as needed
