• Strategic Vision: Develop and implement groundbreaking wellness strategies across multiple upscale communities, focusing on physical, intellectual, social, and emotional vitality.
• Elevated Standards: Define and maintain the highest standards for resident well-being, ensuring personalized programs create "more good days."
• Inspiring Leadership: Guide and mentor wellness professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Innovation & Partnerships: Identify and integrate cutting-edge wellness modalities and technology, forging strategic alliances that enhance resident outcomes.
• Data-Driven Excellence: Utilize analytics to optimize programs and measure impact.

What We're Seeking (Your Profile):

• Proven Leadership: 8+ years in multi-site wellness/lifestyle leadership within senior living .
• Holistic Expertise: Deep understanding and passion for all dimensions of wellness.
• Innovation Mindset: A track record of implementing innovative programs and solutions.
• Strategic & Collaborative: Ability to execute comprehensive strategies and partner effectively with executive teams.
• Service Focus: An innate understanding of delivering exceptional resident experiences.
• Required: Bachelor's degree; RN.
