Specific Responsibilities:

• Become proficient in the established industry standards for water damage restoration.
• Explain our processes and progress to customers
• Enter job notes and photos into software program
• Monitor progress and record moisture readings
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance carriers, claims handlers, etc concerning scope and/or status of work.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles
• Work together well with co-workers to get the jobs done right and as efficiently as possible

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License, Clean background check, Able to pass initial and random drug test.
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Computer literate; ability to learn and use our business software
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
