Responsibilities Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service and best‑in‑class workmanship. Work with helpers to install home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards. Set up jobsites per Rite Window guidelines. Ensure safety standards are met at all times. Keep the job site clean after installation. Apply finish work as needed for every construction application. Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction. Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion. Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect. Complete all post‑install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment. Benefits Great pay and benefits—one of the best compensation packages in the industry.
