Position: Window Cleaning Technician We're seeking a reliable and friendly Window Cleaning Technician to join our team, helping to keep storefronts, homes, and local properties spotless while delivering exceptional service to our community.
Responsibilities: - Complete window cleaning routes-typically within one local area.
- Clean residential windows and commercial projects (e.g., office buildings).
- Wash awnings and perform pressure washing of sidewalks and building facades.
- Provide estimates for potential jobs when needed.
- Handle payments, issue change, and accurately complete work orders.

Requirements: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and dependable for consistent morning start times.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors.
- Comfortable climbing ladders (though most jobs use ground-based poles).
- Reliable Automobile transportation with valid liability insurance.
- Ability to read maps and follow route directions.
Schedule: Work generally begins in the early morning before most businesses open and finishes by mid-afternoon. Approximate hours range 7:00am - 3:00pm

Compensation: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
