At least 3 years of experience as an automotive office manager or controller
Strong knowledge of CDK or similar DMS
Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and integrity
