The Role: Skin Expert (Esthetician) We are looking for motivated, hard-working, and positive individuals to join our Stamford team! Our Skin Experts are responsible for delivering high-quality facial, brow, and lash services while creating a welcoming and uplifting environment for clients. If you’re excited about working with the nation’s fastest-growing facial brand as it expands into the Northeast, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities Perform 40–50 minute facial services, including but not limited to dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, brow waxing, lash lifts, and tints. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and making personalized skincare recommendations. Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products to enhance client results. Actively educate clients on skincare, giving service recommendations and rebooking. Maintain strict State Board compliance by following all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols. Collaborate with team members to foster a fun, energetic, and inclusive environment and a high level of customer service. Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on industry trends, services, and best practices. Ensure all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are met, creating a polished and professional work environment. Assist with all in-store operational tasks and processes, including service supply needs to ensure necessary items are always on hand. Assist the team as needed with social media, marketing, pop-ups, events, and promotions. What We’re Looking For Active Esthetician License (Required) Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, waxing, and tinting (Preferred) Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work Strong communication skills with a passion for educating and guiding clients Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales and service goals Availability for nights and weekends (Required) High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Why Join FACE FOUNDRIÉ?
