Your Role as a Pediatric Dentist

• Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency care for children and adolescents
• Develop individualized treatment plans with a focus on gentle, effective, and educational care
• Foster long-term relationships with families by creating positive dental experiences
• Coordinate patient care with our orthodontic and general dental team
• Use state-of-the-art tools, including digital radiography and pediatric-friendly dental software

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a pediatric dental residency program
• Active (or eligible) dental license in the state of Connecticut
• Board Certification (or board eligibility) through the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and a passion for working with children

Compensation & Perks
