Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Residential Plumbing Sales Technician Trainee. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners needing plumbing services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess customer needs, explain plumbing solutions, and provide accurate estimates. This is a great opportunity to launch a rewarding career in sales with hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Educate customers on available plumbing services, products, and pricing

• Prepare and present estimates and service agreements

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive client experience

• Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications:

• Customer Focus: Some customer service or sales experience is a bonus!
• Hands-On Ability: Comfortable working with tools and getting your hands dirty.
• Drive to Succeed: Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Current and valid driver's license in the state where you will be working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

$45,000—$75,000 USD
