Proposal Writer Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Proposal Writer with 5‑10 years of experience to join our Marketing team at any of our office locations or in a remote role. Responsibilities Lead the coordination and preparation of proposals, working directly with technical staff. Write and edit proposal content, marketing collateral, and award submittals. Provide occasional support for client interviews. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree and professional writing skills. Expert‑level editorial, communication, and organizational skills. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating a network environment. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Loopio, OpenAsset and Vantage Point is a plus. Experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry is preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑intensive, deadline‑driven environment with staff members of all levels. A team player who is detail‑oriented and able to work quickly and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
